Again, I got the opportunity to photograph another one of my favourites in Bristol. (There’s just Brand New and The Wonder Years left now!) Manchester Orchestra are neither an Orchestra, or from Manchester, but they are incredible.

Dan Smyth: Wu Lyf – Shepherd’s Bush Empire

Last night I was in Shepherd’s Bush to catch the (until recently) somewhat reclusive and mysterious - Wu Lyf (or World Unite Lucifer Youth Foundation). As a gig it wasn’t brilliant to shoot as there was plenty of red lighting but their glowing logo/y in the background provided an interesting feature when it came to composition. Jake Owens: Enter Shikari @ Electric Ballroom

This was one of the best shows I’ve ever shot, the whole vibe was just great. The photographers were allowed in the pit for the entire hour+ set, which was such a nice change, no pressure to get the shots in 3 songs and all that!
